Fully Remote Position: Project Manager - Change Management III

SKILLSOver 7 years of experience as a business data analyst

Experience in working and communicating with both information technology and strategic business teams

Salesforce object model & SOQL experience preferred

Experience in building and creating reports and dashboards in Salesforce.com

Experience in analyzing business processes across multiple data domains (i.e. Customer, Employee, Marketing)

One or more certification as a leadership transformation coach or change management practitioner

Design, develop and help implement a change management strategy, plans and roadmaps in support of the SDLC Modernization Project

Assess teams and individuals’ readiness and complete overall change management assessment

Formal training with industry standard organization change management methodology (example: Kotter, Lewin’s, ADKAR, Kuber-Ross, etc)

Skilled at setting and communicating priorities effectively; able to manage multiple tasks and priorities

Manage resolution of potential obstacles in collaboration with program and project leadership and help guide in mitigation planning or resolution
