Over five (5+) years of experience in change management and leadership development

Three (3) or more years of experience coaching change sponsors and executives

Experience working with CMS and Marketing Automation IT professionals on marketing automation and CMS tools/implementations

Experience working directly with marketing, public relations, social media, and corporate communication teams.

Expert written, verbal, and nonverbal communication skills

Coach the client on Organizational Change Management (OCM) methods, best practices, lessons learned, and trends

3+ years of OCM experience with an OCM track record.
