Education: Bachelor's degree in business management or a related field
Support Executive Leadership in identifying requirements, challenges, and associated solutions for large-scale organizational change
Possesses excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills
Has experience with MS Office or Google Suite applications to include word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation functions
Support planning and execution of strategic organizational change initiatives to ensure business continuity and minimize negative impact to operations and personnel
Plan and conduct stakeholder facilitation sessions to identify motivations and risks, assess barriers and impacts, and resolve conflicts
