Leading the Change Management Processes to drive engagement and HPO (High Performance Organization) across the U.S. and Mexico operations network.

Experience managing change initiatives in a global corporate environment

Experience managing and influencing senior executive stakeholders

Identifying and assessing the change impacts to the organization with a focus on End-to-End process efficiencies and improvements.

Overseeing the design and execution of strategic change and transformation interventions to drive business performance and align strategic goals.

Strong project management and organizational skills

Demonstrated excellence in project management and driving multi-faceted programs.

Oversee internal and external vendors for culture productions, collateral, and communications. Help to manage various external partnerships.

Minimum 5+ years experience in organizational culture, organizational development or related roles.

Proven experience and success in leading Cultural and HR programs and initiatives across organizations.

Highly experienced in facilitation and training for senior leadership and their teams.

Minimum of three years of project management experience.

Experience managing programs, events and working with learning management system(s) preferred.

Manage all project and program management.

Excellent organizational skills to effectively manage priorities of multiple team members.
