Change Management Professional and/or Project Manager certification with demonstrated experience implementing new payroll systems.

Ability to demonstrate practical change management skill set, not theory

6 years of Organizational Change Management Experience

HR Talent Management Systems implementation experience a plus

Conducts change management intake consultations with internal customers

Design, implement and manage change management networks to increase effectiveness and reinforce change efforts

Certification in change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR) is advantageous.

Knowledge of project management principles and methodologies.

Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to support various initiatives and projects within the organization.

Stay updated with industry best practices in change management and incorporate relevant methodologies into the organization's approach.

Familiarity with relevant software and tools to support change management efforts.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Support Change Management team and the overall Change Plan.

Education : Bachelor ’s Degree with emphasis in communications and/or marketing.

Excellent organizational and planning skills.

2-3 Years of Hands On Experience.

10+ years’ experience in Organizational Performance and Change Management.

Extensive experience selling large and integrated Change Management solutions.

Originate, close, lead, and support the delivery of a broad range of Organizational Performance and Change Management Consulting engagements.

Knowledge of operating model design and experience positioning organizational change programs is ideal.

Crisis management, Quality/Delivery Oversight for larger change projects and team management across geographically dispersed teams.

Expand the change team, mentoring and managing across sales, delivery, capability, and offering development.

3 or more years of experience in organizational change management in a lead or support role

Knowledge of organizational change management principles and various methodologies and frameworks

Knowledge of accepted business practices and principles related to change management

Demonstrated experience in preparing and delivering presentations to management

Professional certification in change management preferred

Must meet educational requirements prior to employment start date.
