Organizational Change Management Manager Jobs in Oklahoma

7+ years of experience in Organizational Development / Change Management / Process Improvement or related field.

Change management certification or Six Sigma designation

Develop change management standards and tool-kit for the organization

Support the training and deployment of change management tools and resources to the workforce through the Change Adoption Network

Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle.

Provide change consultation and coach project teams, managers and employees

Experience and knowledge of organizational assessment and change management principles, methodologies, and tools

Develop and deliver training on change management models, tools, and processes to provide guidance and build change management skills.

Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Management, Business, Human Resources, or related degree; or equivalent experience

10+ years of relevant work experience with 5+ years of progressive change management experience with cross-enterprise functionally diverse teams

Knowledge of project management terminology, concepts, and practices

Develop and maintain change management framework, guidance, standards, and best practices.
