You will lead change management processes and deliverables in support of a large or several smaller projects. You will work directly with senior-level leaders across functions and geographies to identify and drive transformation in our organization.


How You Will Contribute


You will be:


  • Measuring and monitoring the ongoing effectiveness of Change and Transformation strategies.
  • Overseeing the design and execution of strategic change and transformation interventions to drive business performance and align strategic goals.
  • Managing change strategies and leveraging an Employee Brand program called to drive High Performance Organization Strategy to create and improve performance including Culture and Labor work processes, Communication work processes, Performance Management, Training, Recognition actions, and key People Processes.
  • Identifying and assessing the change impacts to the organization with a focus on End-to-End process efficiencies and improvements.
  • Building individual and organization change capability initiatives in teams and with stakeholders to influence ongoing partnership, active coaching, and appropriate role delineation.
  • Leading the Change Management Processes to drive engagement and HPO (High Performance Organization) across the U.S. and Mexico operations network.
