Job Description
Teachers of Tomorrow seeks a highly detailed and self-motivated Fulfillment Administrator to be responsible for communicating with our intern candidates. This position is responsible for coordinating the collection of required documentation, processing transcripts/related materials, and verifying completion of all eligibility requirements for candidate enrollment into the alternative certification program. The ideal candidate illustrates a passion for the education field and the desire to help others succeed. This position is a full-time, non-exempt role that will be 100% on-site.

About The Position


As a Fulfillment Administrator, you will be on the front lines of customer success and support during the enrollment process for new applicants and students joining the teaching certification program. This position strives to exceed company goals for admission offers and enrollment at Teachers of Tomorrow through processing all back-office documents and assisting candidates in meeting program requirements. This role is vital in driving the revenue stream of the organization. Thorough inspection successfully determines applicant’s eligibility according to State Regulatory and TOT program requirements.


Key Responsibilities


  • Maintain requirements are up to date by maintaining familiarity with TEA Code.
  • This role is 100% on site. Must be located in Houston.
  • Knowledgeable in CTE, and TI procedures and maintains knowledge of requirements up to date.
  • Ensure that accounts are documented and noted.
  • Responsible for approving various administrative admission duties such as Transcript Sorting, Processing Resumes, Toefl approvals, and Transfer forms.
  • Responsible for communicating specific enrollment requirements to all applicants pursuing SOQ certification.
  • Responsible for meeting/exceeding monthly enrollment goals/productivity and objectives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism in all communications.
  • Communicate with the customer by phone and email to explain the requirements for admission into the program.

  • Superior attention to detail, problem solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • 2-5 years’ experience in an administrative position
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university with academic excellence or commensurate experience in an educational or professional administrative capacity
  • Demonstrated enthusiasm, initiative, teamwork, and professionalism
