10 plus years finance managerial experience with success building effective teams and leading through teams

Oversee Financial Planning and Analysis, develop and manage planning cycles and long-range plan and budget

Build a world class finance team capable of growing the business profitably and delivering financial support

Experience leading people and processes through a time of significant organizational change

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization

Excellent problem solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills, with the ability to think strategically with supporting analytical skills

2+ years in a similar role (administration, finance, office management, executive assistant)

Previous exposure to executive support, including calendar management and travel arrangement

Experience working in a remote setting with a globally distributed team

Finance support. Conduct Accounts Payable actions, including vendor payments, contractor invoices, and reimbursements.

Administrative support. Manage internal organization and filing of company documents. Maintain inventory of company subscriptions and tools.
