About you...

  • Second language a plus but not required.
  • Excels at communication, both verbal and written in English.
  • Passionate about Operational analysis for existing hotels.


About the Role...

  • P&L Analysis
  • Restaurant & Nightlife analysis for existing hotels
  • Operational analysis for existing hotels
  • Deal asset management / contract amendment related work
  • Productivity reporting, analysis and working with teams to improve
  • New deal detailed analysis – year 1 proformas in detail for deals that get to that point
  • New Build Proformas
  • Pre-opening/OSE cost analyses
  • Weekly Report Analysis
  • Ad hoc Projects
