Currently seeking a Operational Analyst who will handle, track and report on all activities including sales, marketing, and Research & Development (R&D).

The Compensation

  • $55K - 60K Annual Base Salary Commensurate with Experience Plus Up to $4K Performance Bonus

  • Fully onsite position based at the company's headquarters in Swansboro, NC

The Role

  • Monitor distributor, dealer, GSA, retail, and Amazon sales against plan/history and report on those findings as scheduled and against goals.
  • Manage product databases to include dealer price lists and product availability in the ERP system.
  • Responsible for communicating the schedule of upcoming marketing events as well as sales initiatives and reporting on the pipeline for Sales, Marketing, and R&D.
  • Analyze dealer performance and provide data to the Account Managers for actionable outcomes.
  • Interpret and present data as needed.
  • Project management as needed.
  • Review and track ROI on marketing initiatives.
  • Analyze market trends.
  • Perform SKU or product rationalization.
  • Perform data analysis for scheduled daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting as well as ad hoc reporting as needed (data will be derived from ERP D365 and historical Excel spreadsheets).
  • Handle, track, and report on all activities across multiple departments; including sales, marketing, and R&D.
  • Maintain UPC database.
  • Develop sales forecasts.
  • Initiate incentive programs for Account Managers to improve performance and drive results.
  • Manage and report on the weekly marketing task plan, R&D pipeline, and sales pipeline.


The Background Profile

  • Strong working experience within the tactical gear industry preferred
  • Prior experience in manufacturing and production environments preferred
  • Ability to communicate, present, and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency especially working with complex formulas, large data sets, and advanced functions (e.g. pivot tables, charting data, named ranges and table use, logical and lookup functions)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a relevant field
  • Solid knowledge or experience in using Salesforce or CRM software and ERP systems
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • 1-3+ years of experience as a Sales Analyst, Operational Analyst or Data Analyst
