Korean Operational Language Analyst

• Active TS/SCI with Poly
• Minimum of two years' applicable operational experience with an associate degree. Two additional years' operational experience may be considered in lieu of degree for a lower-level position.
• Higher labor categories require additional years of experience, at least one 3 on an ILR-approved language proficiency test, and may require a bachelor degree.
• Native speakers without cryptologic experience must have required clearance, proficiency scores, and applicable experience.
• Language test scores taken within the last two (2) years equivalent to the Interagency Language Roundtable (ILR) Skill. Minimum proficiency is 2+ but 3 or higher is desired.

Desired Experience:

• Quality control reviews of translations, transcriptions, or reports
• Oral interpretation from target language to English and vice versa
• Target and network research, development, and analysis
• SIGINT reporting
• Relevant military MOSs: 35P, 1N3X1, 1A8X1, CTI, 267X or equivalent
• Audio or text translation/transcription of language materials
• Formal instruction of required langue in platform and/or distance learning environments
• Mentoring language analysts in language processing
• Identification and characterization of Network Operations threat actors
