Position


The Patient Enrollment Specialist plays a crucial role in the clinical trial process. You would truly be the face of the company and the first point of contact for many patients. Some of the people you speak with have never participated in a Clinical Trial and may be nervous or have a lot of questions, your job is to guide them through the process and make them feel comfortable.


On a day-to-day basis, you’ll be contacting, screening, and scheduling potential patients into clinical research studies. You'll be working in a doctor's office or private practice meeting directly with potential patients, doctors, and other site staff. When speaking with patients you’ll be confirming interest in the trial, asking qualifying questions, and scheduling them to start in the trial.

CCT Research is a clinical research company that helps pharmaceutical companies safely test and gain approval for treatment in the United States. Every drug that you've seen in a pharmacy has gone through the clinical trial process, and our client helps make that happen.


We have around 180 employees operating in 11 states and have 25+ sites where they are running clinical trials. They run trials in a variety of therapeutic areas such as Alzheimer's, dermatology, family medicine, COVID -19, and more.


Qualifications


  • 6+ months of experience in a medical setting (Medical Assistant, Research Assistant, Office Support, etc)
  • Self-sufficient, but works well with a team
  • Ability to navigate and learn computer programs
  • Comfortable speaking and meeting with patients, doctors, and site staff face to face
