Previous Dealership Service Manager Experience

Has an in depth knowledge and understanding of shop productivity.

Experience with Lateral Support Groups a plus.

Hire, Train Develop and Motivate the Service Department staff and monitor their performance.

Forecast goals and objectives for the Service Department and ensure they are met.

Ensure the Service Department meets and exceeds all customer satisfaction (CSI) objectives.

Consult and collaborate with Parts Manager and dealership management on all aspects of Fixed Operations.

Optimize parts inventory through direction and influence of dealership management to ensure attainment of Parts Sales objectives

Minimum of 3+ years automotive Fixed Operations Director and/or Service Director/Service Manager experience

Implement and manage best practices that deliver exceptional CSI scores

Bachelors, degree or equivalent experience

Prior experience and proven success in leading and managing a team to meet or exceed clear goals and objectives

2+ years of Case Management experience

Experience in acute care, rehab or skilled nursing facility environment

Ability to work effectively in a self-management environment

Support new delegated contract start-up to ensure experienced staff work with new contracts.

3+ years of clinical experience

Ability to review patients’ clinical information holistically including critical thinking skills

A minimum of 3 years of experience as a service manager

Pay range is $144,000-$240,000 annually

COMPETENCIES, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.

Generate, manage, and close sales leads generated from the company and personal referral sources.

Provide all project information to the Project Manager and Project Accountant, including the budget, completion date, and all other relevant information.

Mentor local Project Directors and assist with large and/or remote projects.

Ability to justify job costs before transitioning the project to a Project Manager.

Conducting incident investigations and communicating root causes and recommending preventive measures to our District Operations Manager.

Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience

5-7 years of experience in Operations

Knowledge of chemical distribution facility operation preferred
