Directly manage four department heads: Controller, Investments/Developments Director, Director of Residential Construction, and Director of Property Management

A minimum of 5+ years of operations and leadership experience

A bachelor’s degree in business administration, real estate or a related field is preferred, but experience is highly valued

Real estate industry experience is preferred

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities

MUST have leadership experience in ABA Services

Minimum of 5+ years leadership experience in ABA services

Oversee and improve operations for 7+ locations

Open new ABA clinics across multiple states (organic and inorganic growth)

Ensure that services and teams achieve KPI targets

Align staff and operations with the company’s vision, mission and values.

Masters degree in nursing or related field required (Health administration, business, public health, or management).

Demonstrated success in operations improvement efforts, cost management initiatives, and health system development and management.

Ability to delegate appropriately and provide opportunities for staff to further develop their skills and knowledge.

Extensive experience working with physicians and other clinicians.

Significant leadership experience in regulatory surveys.

Thorough knowledge of the principles and practices of hospital administration.

Strong organizational, presentation and people skills

Solid grasp of insurance and payroll

Solid grasp of financial statements, business plans

Ability to solicit investments, sponsorships

Ability to diagnose and solve issues

Five years of hospital experience with a minimum of two to three years as a senior level manager is required.

Knowledge of the financial implications of decisions including budgeting and forecasting is required.

Knowledge of the Sales Cycle, Decision Makers, Sales Objections, Distribution Channels, etc.

Deep rooted manufacturing experience and understanding of enterprise functions

15+ years of experience in manufacturing including senior leadership level decision making, factory operations, etc.

10+ years of industry experience in fulfillment, supply chain operations, or warehouse management

Profound experience in operations management and delivering change in complex and ‘charged’ environment

Leadership skills to meet responsibilities for projects and manage the Fulfillment team as appropriate to achieve positive change

Provide strategic direction in areas of supply chain management, lean continuous improvement, and execution of key defined processes

A Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, project management, business, logistics operations, or other related field

Assisting with departmental budgeting, including developing metrics on Department’s budget management performance, and serving as key liaison with Finance

Demonstrate prior experience and expertise with large scale organizational buildouts, remediations, high profile matters to senior management, Board and regulators

Working knowledge of privacy management tools and solutions

Experience in supporting audit and regulatory inquiries and interactions with Board, senior management, consultants

Support in Regulatory responses and Remediation efforts, including Regulatory, Senior Management and Board level presentations and readiness

Experience in all aspects of strategy, planning, execution, and delivery
