Job Description

Fusion Growth Partners is a business incubator for small service-based businesses with an emphasis on individual real estate agents. We have a very unique offering that is similar to a SaaS business model – we are not a software company. We are a Partnership and Investment As A Service business. We build resources for these small businesses that would otherwise not be candidates for investment or funding, and we license those resources to the business owner for a monthly licensing fee. Additionally, we negotiate a bonus structure that is paid as the business revenues increase.


Currently, we have over 800 clients, most of whom are high-producing residential real estate agents. However, our future focus is on small service-based clients with less than 10 employees, such as contractors, landscapers, estheticians, pest control, technology services, etc. The TAM (Total Addressable Market) in the continental United States is roughly 10 million businesses plus.


We are successfully meeting and closing deals with these businesses at a high rate. The need for our services is critical for these companies. Most business owners excel in providing the services they offer, but building a business around their service requires an entirely different skill set. Many of them struggle to develop a business rhythm, processes, procedures, and the managerial skills necessary to create disciplines that maintain these routines.

We provide administrative support, consultation, software, business planning, coaching, and much more.

Our business structure for growth is one that is entrepreneurial for the employee. We hire Partnership Executives who can build a business under our umbrella without the risk of a new enterprise or the need to architect a business model that will work. These employees can offer significant business resources to small service-based businesses interested in dramatically expanding their operations. These resources include but are not limited to, thousands of dollars worth of business-building systems and processes, as well as the staff to operate those business systems—all provided as an investment.


A major part of our potential growth is centered around recruiting and developing these types of employees. We currently have approximately 30 people in this role, and turnover is very low.

We have grown from $2.9 million in sales in 2019 to our current run rate of $20 million for 2023. Our goal is to reach and exceed $100 million within 5 years, if not sooner. Last year, we were awarded the 813th fastest-growing company in the United States by the Inc. 5000, and we were the 77th fastest-growing company in the United States that sold "services" to businesses. We were also the 39th fastest-growing company in Florida.

Fusion is primarily compensated with a small share of the revenue. We invest in businesses that most investors ignore, and we have a tremendous track record of success. We also do not know of any direct competitors in this space and feel as if we are creating a new category of business. We consider ourselves an "Investment As A Service" business, similar to but different from a SaaS business. We currently have roughly 50 employees and are growing very quickly. We need additional talent to enter untapped markets.

We are looking for an Executive Leader who has extensive experience in Finance, Technology, Operations, Business Processes, and HR. The main areas of responsibility will revolve around all aspects of operations. The CEO will maintain oversight of new growth opportunities, sales, marketing, and overall strategy. The President will work closely with the CEO to dramatically improve the client experience and increase profit margins. Ideally, our candidate will mature into the CEO of the company in the future.
