Job Description

VP of Operations/ COO – Applied Behavior Analysis


Salary: $140,000 – $170,000. Based Georgia. Full-time, opportunity for hybrid.


You will oversee all company operations, including expansion into new states, P+L management and process improvement. You will improve and encourage efficiencies, productivity, growth and client care. You will report to and work closely with the CEO to meet strategic goals.


What we expect from you:


  • Oversee and improve operations for 7+ locations
  • Ensure that services and teams achieve KPI targets
  • P&L responsibility
  • Align staff and operations with the company’s vision, mission and values.
  • Open new ABA clinics across multiple states (organic and inorganic growth)


Key characteristics:


  • Bachelors/ Master’s degree in Healthcare or relevant field
  • Minimum of 5+ years leadership experience in ABA services
  • Preferred: BCBA qualification
  • Experience managing P+L
  • MUST have leadership experience in ABA Services
