The COO is a senior executive tasked with overseeing the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of a business. The COO will report directly to theCEO.Specific responsibilities will be overseeing financial condition, payroll, insurance renewals and compliance, assist CMO in development and presentation of sales and marketing pitches, solicitation of sponsorships and capital raise, oversee contract executions for sales and rentals, and assist with online and social media strategies and agency engagement.Adopt current product sourcing and manufacturing initiative.
