Overview Member Contact Center Call Agent is responsible for providing customer service and support to members of a company or organization. They are responsible for answering incoming calls, responding to inquiries, and resolving customer issues. They are responsible for answering incoming calls, responding to inquiries, and resolving customer issues. They must have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and have a strong customer service orientation.
