Overview Materials Engineering Technicians are responsible for testing, analyzing, and evaluating the properties of materials used in the production of products. They use a variety of tools and techniques to measure the physical and chemical properties of materials, such as strength, durability, and corrosion resistance. They also inspect and test materials to ensure they meet industry standards and customer specifications. Detailed Job Description Materials Engineering Technicians are responsible for testing, analyzing, and evaluating the properties of materials used in the production of products. They use a variety of tools and techniques to measure the physical and chemical properties of materials, such as strength, durability, and corrosion resistance. They also inspect and test materials to ensure they meet industry standards and customer specifications. They may also be responsible for developing and implementing quality control procedures, and for providing technical support to other departments. Job Qualifications

• Previous experience in materials engineering or a related field

• Knowledge of quality control procedures
• Knowledge of industry standards and customer specifications
Job Experience
• Previous experience in materials engineering or a related field
