Develop and provide lifecycle management to Marine Corps, Naval, USSOCOM, joint, multinational and other service concepts

BA/BS degree from a four-year university or an equivalent combination of education and experience in related field

Master’s degree from a four-year university or an equivalent combination of education and experience in related field

Provide liaison and integration with Joint Staff J7, Army Capabilities Integration Center, Fleet Forces Command, Naval Warfare Development Command and MARFORCOM

Research and present on Marine Corps concepts, plans, capabilities, and equities by studying experiments, wargames, capabilities-based assessments, and published documents

Help stakeholders identify and prioritize requirements and tasking

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proven ability to clearly communicate with technical support, sales, and management.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

5+ years experience working with in board out board products

Experience operating a boat a plus.

Experience with Vodia is a plus.

Experience with integrating cockpit electronics with propulsion system is a plus.

Knowledge of and certifications in Mercury/Mercruiser, Volvo Penta, and/or PCM

Experience with the operation of powerboats ranging in 17ft to 30ft

Skilled in the application of relevant major design codes and standards (API, NFPA, etc.)

Experience of project execution as it pertains to coastal and marine design practices, shipping and marine operations in the LNG industry

QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS)

Education and Certifications : Bachelor or Associate degree in engineering, marine or other relevant technical discipline or acceptable equivalent work experience.

Leadership and good administrative abilities are required.

Organized and able to prioritize and manage multiple activities and programs promptly and with a high degree of accuracy.

Strong problem solving and analytical skills.

Specific vision abilities required include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Implement standard quality assurance/quality control processes as part of data management.

Routine coordination with multiple project teams composed of Project Managers, Team Leaders, Subcontractors, other SMEs, and Client Representatives.

Preference for 1-3 years’ experience serving as a SME on impact assessment, permitting, National.

Experience with appropriate marine mammal mitigation measures.

Flexibility to accommodate travel and meet fast-paced project requirements.

Possess solid communication skills and demonstrated proficiency with MS Office Suite and ArcGIS (desired).

Oversee the development and management of survey data

Knowledge of engineering and construction methods and processes customarily acquired over time through specialized instruction or practical experience

Multi-Disciplined Field Engineering Survey experience with earthwork, excavation, concrete, structural steel, mechanical, and piping, etc. installation layout and verification

Knowledge of Bechtel’s “Zero Incidents” safety program.

Knowledge of Bechtel quality standards. Must have a solid record of successful project completion with little to zero rework

Knowledge of construction survey principles
