Recruitment of Administrative team members

Identifying recruiting sources, creating job descriptions and requirements, and determining compensation packages

Managing the interview process, coordinating with hiring managers to schedule and conduct interviews for potential candidates

2+ years of Sales recruiting experience

Preferably experience in the financial services or real estate industry

Identifying and sourcing candidates, utilizing a variety of recruitment channels to find qualified candidates

Evaluating resumes and conducting initial interviews

Ability to work with all levels of legal, management, and administrative personnel in a highly effective and professional manner.

Lead due diligence, onboarding, and integration efforts for lateral partners, working closely with Conflicts, Finance, HR, IT, and other firmwide departments.

Strong knowledge of recruiting technology such as viRecruit, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Leopard List.

Experience in Visio a plus.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
