Head Of Recruiting

Park Place Finance is a Hard Money lending company founded in Austin, TX in 2006. Our team of 60+ is growing exponentially and we are looking for a highly motivated Head of Recruiting to lead our recruiting. This role will predominantly recruit sales roles. This is an on-site or hybrid position.

Responsibilities Include:

• Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including developing job postings, managing recruitment budgets, and maintaining applicant tracking systems
• Evaluating resumes and conducting initial interviews
• Developing and managing onboarding programs to ensure that new hires receive the necessary training and support to be successful in their new roles
• Managing the interview process, coordinating with hiring managers to schedule and conduct interviews for potential candidates
• Developing and establishing a recruiting strategy to attract and retain top talent, working closely with executive team to determine specific recruitment needs
• Identifying and sourcing candidates, utilizing a variety of recruitment channels to find qualified candidates
• Identifying recruiting sources, creating job descriptions and requirements, and determining compensation packages

The ideal candidate will have:

• Preferably experience in the financial services or real estate industry
• 2+ years of Sales recruiting experience
• Self-motivated and able to take initiative
