Overview The Manager of Facilities is responsible for the overall management of the facilities of an organization. This includes the maintenance, repair, and upkeep of the physical plant, as well as the management of personnel, budgets, and other resources. The Manager of Facilities is responsible for ensuring that the organization's facilities are safe, secure, and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Detailed Job Description The Manager of Facilities is responsible for the overall management of the organization's facilities. This includes the maintenance, repair, and upkeep of the physical plant, as well as the management of personnel, budgets, and other resources. The Manager of Facilities is responsible for ensuring that the organization's facilities are safe, secure, and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The Manager of Facilities is also responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures related to the management of the organization's facilities. Job Skills Required• Knowledge of building systems and maintenance

Job Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management or related field
• 5+ years of experience in facilities management
• Certified Facilities Manager (CFM) certification preferred
Job Knowledge
• Knowledge of building systems and maintenance
• Knowledge of safety and security protocols
• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
• Knowledge of budgeting and financial management
Job Experience
• 5+ years of experience in facilities management
• Experience in developing and implementing policies and procedures
• Experience in managing personnel and budgets
Job Responsibilities
• Develop and implement policies and procedures related to the management of the organization's facilities
• Ensure that the organization's facilities are safe, secure, and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Manage personnel and budgets related to the organization's facilities
• Oversee the maintenance, repair, and upkeep of the physical plant
• Monitor and report on the performance of the organization's facilities
• Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization's facilities
