Proficient in Excel, and 3+ years with and MRP/ERP such as Dynamics365

5+ years of experience in supply or demand planning functions e.g. statistical forecasting, demand management, or S&OP

Bachelor degree in Business, Supply Chain, Materials Management, Industrial Engineering or related field

Experience in JDA and Blue Yonder preferred

Leadership experience: direct or indirect capacity leading a team/project

Work with cross-functional teams to develop supply and demand plans for business execution

Identify supply chain concerns and provide plans for corrective action

Training / certification in materials management, inventory / production control, or supply chain (e.g., APICS) is preferred

Previous managerial / functional management experience also required

Minimum of 5+ years of experience in clinical supply chain management within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry

Experience with cold chain management for global distribution of clinical products

Demonstrated experience in end-to-end clinical supply chain management, including forecasting, planning, packaging, labeling, distribution, and inventory management

Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks with team and management input

Manage the end-to-end clinical supply chain, including forecasting, planning, packaging, labeling, distribution, and inventory management including necessary ancillary materials and equipment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners

5+ years of people management experience required

Manage team of five planners

Manage the distribution and finished good production for 800 different SKUs

Plan finished goods for five bottling plants across the US

Work with plant operations and sales team

Food or CPG background a plus

5-8 years of directly-related experience in inventory management

Generate KPI reports to ensure effective communication of performance against objectives for internal customers, external customers, and executive management 10%

Communicate with Management of MPA and OEs issues and resolutions to provide better customer service through process improvement.

5+ years of experience in a high-performance manufacturing facility - cosmetics industry preferred.
