Supply Planning Manager Jobs

We have been engaged by a global specialty chemicals manufacturer to identify a Supply Planning Manager that will be responsible for statistical forecasting, demand planning, supply planning and demand management, and will have the additional responsibility for presenting recommendations and findings to business leaders

This role will also have some informal leadership responsibilities. As one of the senior members on the team this role will also provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts. By extension, this position will offer an excellent platform for future career growth potential.

Responsibilities:

• Identify supply chain concerns and provide plans for corrective action
• Work with cross-functional teams to develop supply and demand plans for business execution
• Ensure fulfillment of customer orders by working closely with manufacturing
• Utilize data analysis and reporting tools to track supply and demand planning activities

Qualifications and Experience:

• Leadership experience: direct or indirect capacity leading a team/project
• Bachelor degree in Business, Supply Chain, Materials Management, Industrial Engineering or related field
• Experience in JDA and Blue Yonder preferred
• 5+ years of experience in supply or demand planning functions e.g. statistical forecasting, demand management, or S&OP
