Over 7 years of experience in IT, Business Intelligence, and Data Management, with 5 years or more in leadership roles preferred.

Provide executive-level reports on key metrics of the data management program.

Own the development of the Oasis metrics scorecard that encompasses data from across operations, clinical performance, healthcare utilization, growth and finance

High School Diploma and minimum of 2+ years of experience working in the data analytics/business intelligence domain

2+ years of experience building data models, reports and dashboards in BI tools

Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly working with various types of data sources (claims, EHR data) is a plus

Startup or mid-stage health technology experience preferred

Independently able to take a project from inception to deployment with minimal oversight and management

Recommendations to operational departments as part of improving data quality and data entry procedures

2-4 years of practical, in-the-field, PowerBI experience

Demonstrable experience with exploring unmodeled data and comfortability with tracing data lineage

Demonstrable experience with directly interacting with stakeholders and consumers of completed projects

Demonstrable experience with quantifying and analyzing how projects tie back to organizational goals

Proven experience designing and implementing data management processes and strategies to improve data quality, accuracy, and completeness.

Create and maintain HR metrics, providing trend reports and analysis to HR leadership, management, and collaborators.

3+ years of experience in HR data analytics, business intelligence, data science, or a similar field.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present data insights to non-technical audiences and build relationships with stakeholders.

Self-motivated and able to manage multiple, competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Design and develop HR analytics, reports, and dashboards that support organizational planning, analysis, and strategic decision-making.

Foster a data-driven culture through the adoption and proliferation of data management best practices and advocate BI throughout the organization.

Assist stakeholders to determine business needs and requirements for BI, including the development of performance metrics and KPIs.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power BI, including proficiency in the DAX formula language (required)

Experience working with and/or developing in other components of the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate and Power Apps (preferred)

Experience creating dimensional data models such as star and snowflake schemas (required)

Proven experience with using data visualization techniques to create meaningful reports and dashboards (required)
