Controller - Growing Industrial Services Company

We're partnering with a growing and acquisitive, PE-backed industrial services company that's expanding its finance and accounting team to support company growth. This is a great time to get involved with a recession-proof company supported by phenomenal private equity owners who have a great track record of elevating similar businesses.

In this role, you'll report to the VP Finance and manage the company's financial reporting and controls, own all job costing and monthly analysis, and work closely with the operations team. You'll have exposure to the exec team and the PE investors, and the opportunity to grow alongside the company as it plans to double revenues.

This role is based in-office 3 days a week.

About you:

• Time spent in mid to large size companies
• Bonus points for experience in changing and growing company environments
• Strong management and leadership experience
• 7+ years' accounting experience
