SENIOR LOGISTICS MANAGER AND UNIT HEAD (F/M/D) – FULLTIME

·Manage inventory across internal and external warehouses

·Establish and manage our new small Unit office in Winston/Salem

·Experience with enterprise resource planning systems, like SAP

·Previous experience in logistics for instrumentation and consumable products

Other specialty-related certifications are preferred and may be required for specific positions

Experience as a Labor and Delivery Nurse

Active BLS and ACLS from the American Heart Association and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)

Active professional license within the state of practice

Weekly Pay: $1,835.20 per week

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with coworkers and management.

Operates within the company's Quality Management System.

Additional tasks as assigned by management

HS Diploma or equivalent experience in research and development, chemical or pharmaceutical manufacturing

Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills.

Working in limited climate-controlled facilities and may experience extreme heat or cold

Demonstrated time management skills, ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously with the flexibility to accommodate changing priorities and deadlines.

Knowledge and hands-on experience with 2D and 3D in vitro disease models is highly desirable.

Experience with mammalian cell culture with at least 1 year in an industrial setting.

Experience working with iPSCs, including iPSC reprogramming, differentiation, and generation of gene-edited cell lines is strongly preferred.

Technically proficient with strong analytical skills; ability to identify and implement scientific solutions to practical problems.

Analyzes and communicates experimental results to colleagues demonstrating effective written and verbal communication skills.

Demonstrated ability to manage direct reports and experience supervising a team of seven or more individuals.

Track projects and manage projects from conception to launch and ensure on time project delivery.

Must have at least 10 years battery research experience in industry after completing Ph.D.

Strong knowledge of product development systems and tools required.

Excellent communication and organization skills

Lead a team of engineers/researchers to develop and implement product performance and/or cost improvements that meet time, cost, and performance objectives.

5 years of recent experience in quota-carrying account management

3+ years in technology consulting, key account management or strategic CSM, MedDevice, CRO, or SaaS (focusing on Life Sciences or Hospitals)

Manage multiple complex sales cycles, leverage internal and external resources

Strategic account planning and execution skills

Demonstrated relationship-building skills with VP or C-Level

Know and understand the customer’s strategic direction and how Veeva supports it with software, data, and consulting

Continuously improve the design of learning experiences and products based on the latest research in learning and adult education

Strong skills in designing learning experiences for various learning modalities (eLearning, Online course, facilitator lead etc.).

Proven track record of strong program or project management

B.S. or B.A. in education, business, or scientific discipline. Veterinary education a definite plus.

5+ years of previous sales and/or applicable business experience a must with proven ability to educate and train.

3+ years’ experience using instructional design to develop engaging eLearning and blended learning environments.

10+ years successful experience in design, set up, management and delivery of diverse R&D projects.

Experience in initiation, management and analysis of new/speculative projects

Work cross-functionally to drive the production of publications, slide decks and other communication materials to showcase Seeds Research pipeline and capabilities.

Thorough understanding and broad knowledge of existing seeds and traits research, development and agri- businesses.

Excellent presentation and communication skills.

In-depth knowledge of SYT and competitive portfolios (Seeds + CP)
