Learning And Development Onboarding Specialist Jobs in Missouri

Develop and execute strategies for the long-term knowledge management priorities of the team

Experience in working with vendor management

Demonstrated experience with program management

Conduct learning needs analysis to identify skills/knowledge gaps for outsourced agent knowledge transfer, identify key performance indicators for proposed learning products

5+ years of working experience in Learning & Development

Demonstrated experience using the ADDIE content development model, adult learning theories, and instructional design methodologies to build effective learning solutions

Eligible to work in the U.S

At least 18 years of age

Successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug test

Monday - Friday, 20-30 hours per week (Opportunity for more hours may be available as business needs)

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
