Learning And Development Onboarding Specialist Jobs in Iowa

Complete post-learning knowledge and skill assessments for all training/coaching attendees using all relevant tools and resources.

Experience with, and knowledge of, LSA’s technology platforms.

Perform other responsibilities as assigned.

Outstanding presentation and public speaking skills.

Assist with maintaining the accuracy of policy documents, learning materials, training presentations, and other departmental collateral.

Provide Contact Center support as needed.

Support the implementation of communication and change management strategies to drive participation and impact for courses and programs

Collaborate with the Operations Team to package, deliver and manage programs through the Learning Management System, as needed

Experience using and applying general knowledge of concepts, principles, industry practices, and standards.

Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Demonstrated Instructional Design/Development Skills and some experience with e-learning authoring tools

May occasionally facilitate and deliver classes as appropriate and necessary to key populations including our Supervisors, Managers, and Leaders

Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Education, Human Resources, Design, Business, Business/Administration, Psychology, Communication, Management, Adult Education, Communications)

Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.

Acts as first point of contact with the vendor, coordinating system and maintenance requirements.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.

Experience and proficiency with LMS and/or instructional design software tools.
