Execution of LEAN project management methodologies

Prior consulting experience at a well-established consulting firm and proven expertise operating as an independent consultant

This is a remote role available to those based in the Greater Boston Area

A background in the life sciences space (pharma, biotech, med tech)

The ideal candidate must have:

Identify opportunities for continuous improvement via idea generation and prioritize improvement opportunities with the management team.

Mentor employees to realize benefits from all continuous improvement initiatives and act as a change agent for the site/organization.

Documents and works with site controller to validate achieved Lean savings.

Assist in designing new procedures and methods for operational processes.

Lead projects and initiatives from idea generation to strategic execution. Provide strategic insight and evaluation of the organization’s progression.

Act as a mentor for the Continuous Improvement leadership, supervisory staff and frontline personnel.

Responsibilities and preferred experience include:

· Responsible for new project intake, prioritization, discovery and kick-off in collaboration with program management office

· Experience driving automation (i.e. RPA) of P2P manual activities

· Defines and measures project objectives and OKRs and ensures the requirements align to the project objectives.

· Experience working in a larger consulting organization in procurement transformation capacity is preferred

· Selection and implementation of new e-procurement tool

Strong technical / engineering and project management experience

Previous experience in implementing, and strong knowledge of, TPM/OP EX/ Lean and Six Sigma business systems.

Strong track record in project or program management

5 years in operations/production management again with a progressive top mfg company.

Create and manage Cl budget.

Assist in the pricing and structure of new loans and renewals.

Answer client questions, ensure all data is accurate for loan underwriting.
