Are you ready to shape communities from the ground up? We're seeking a Land Development Manager to lead the design, construction, and delivery of our exciting manufactured home subdivisions in the vibrant Dallas/Fort Worth area. 🏙️


Role Highlights:

  • Oversee construction contractors & budgets.
  • Lead contact for development consultants & contractors.
  • Manage acquisitions due diligence & entitlement.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage design of recreation & utility areas.
  • Ensure smooth development & construction processes.
  • Track schedules, budgets, and project financials.
  • Collaborate with engineers, planners, and consultants.
  • Review contracts and agreements in detail.
  • Work with finance teams on construction spending.
  • Drive strong community lease-up with sales teams.


Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Strong project management & organizational skills.
  • 4-7 years of land development experience.
  • Detailed understanding of construction plans.
  • Excellent communication & collaboration abilities.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Projects.
