Role Overview: Our client is looking for a self-motivated and driven Land Acquisition Manager who can help identify, evaluate and secure land for new home construction. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams including Land Development, Construction, Marketing and Sales to ensure the success of each project.

Responsibilities:

- Identify potential land opportunities and conduct feasibility studies

- Negotiate purchase agreements with landowners and developers

- Conduct due diligence on properties and manage acquisition process

- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the industry

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success

- Analyze market trends and provide insights to the team

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business or a related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in land acquisition or related field

- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills

- Proven track record of successful land acquisitions

- Knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
