Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.

4-year College Degree in business administration, engineering, accounting, finance, or a similar program required.

Minimum 4 years experience in Land Acquisition, preferably with a National Homebuilder, preferably in the Raleigh Durham market or Greensboro/Winston-Salem area.

Knowledge of sales/negotiating principles and real estate.
