This position requires a valid Oregon Food Handler’s card, ServSafe certification, and First Aid & CPR certification.

Knowledge, Skills, and Mental Ability

One year of relevant food handling experience

Knowledge of Colorado and district content standards.

Operation knowledge of institutional kitchen equipment within two months after hire.

5+ years of chef experience, including 2+ years of management experience

Knowledge of Italian cuisine, fresh pasta making experience preferred

Receive incoming mail from carriers including USPS, Fed-ex, UPS, DHL, etc.

Load trucks for deliveries to all areas of Einstein complex.
