Job Description

Job Title: Production Coordinator – Kitchen

Position Type: Full-Time / Onsite

Salary Range: 70- 100K

Job Department: Kitchen


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Production Coordinator will be the liaison between all divisions (sales, design, factories) working on at-home Kitchen goods.

  • Trouble-shoot challenges with realistic and creative solutions
  • Reviews the vendor manual on what requirements have to be given to the factories.
  • Oversea all order processing, and tracking of orders (from factories overseas up to the buyers)
  • Assist head of production with initial creation from sourcing, and manufacturing to finalized product.
  • Responsible for reviewing samples with design and disseminating the information to the factories. Also, follow up on missing samples or revised samples from the factory.
  • Ensure client guidelines are met to the highest degree of excellence.
  • Daily communication with designers and salespeople
  • Submitting samples on time to the customer for approval.
  • Report on status updates of ongoing projects and tasks.
  • Communicate daily with internal/external partners regarding production and delivery information.
  • Maintain, Document, and Implement efficient tracking strategies.
  • Maintaining and updating the WIP weekly
  • Perform related duties as assigned.


COMPETENCIES

  • Ability to work autonomously and effective time management.
  • Strong relationship management skills.
  • Experience using Seller Cloud is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
  • Proactive, Motivated, and Trainable
  • Exceptional Organizational Skills: planning, expediting, prioritizing, managing multiple tasks, and meeting corporate deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience using Envision is a plus.
  • Experience with multinational trade and export is a plus.


EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics with 3+ wholesale production or related experience; or an Associate’s degree with 4 years of wholesale production or related experience; or 5+ years in a wholesale production or related role.
