A high school education or equivalent is required. Degree, degree-seeking in information technology preferred, or equivalent working experience.

Experience in IT Support Specialist experience (support, desktop support) is a plus.

CompTIA A+ certification is a plus.

Microsoft certification is a plus.

Provides technical support across the company (in person or remotely using company-provided technology).

Must be willing to travel to Brevard, Volusia counties (mileage reimbursement)

Coordinate with clients, vendors and team members under the direction of the project manager

Plan, schedule, and provide remote implementation support for projects and close them out

Monitor risks and issues, develop and implement test plans, perform QA checks, troubleshoot problems, and escalate to project manager as needed

MSP experience is strongly preferred

Ensures the confidentiality of customer non-public personal information and secures information systems to comply with bank regulations.

Assists Network Administration Officer and Software Administrator in the installation, configuration and maintenance of software and hardware;

This is a full time remote position within the United States.
