Required and desired skillsets, experience and qualifications for this role:

Collaborate with internal teams such as Development & Construction, Engineering, and Asset Management to establish underwriting assumptions.

Provide support for transactions within the Investment, Project Finance, and Strategic Finance teams.

Assist in raising third-party capital, including debt, tax equity, refinancings, and project equity structures, to efficiently finance projects and maximize returns.

Manage the due diligence process and coordinate with external parties and consultants.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Engineering

Investment and/or wealth management experience is strongly preferred

Trading - Supporting portfolio management team with trade modeling and execution

Liquidity Management – Responsible for monitoring daily capital flows, communicating transactions to advisors, making necessary portfolio adjustments, and tracking through completion

Collaborating daily with portfolio managers, investment analysts, custodians, advisors, and client service associates

Four-year college degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related area of study

At least two years of relevant professional experience working in an operationally driven environment is preferred

Trade entry into the firm’s Order Management and Accounting systems.

Maintain meta and financial data in our Data Warehouse Management system and build Data Warehouse reporting leveraging this information.

Useful technical skills: programming languages (Python, VBA, SQL), Visual Portfolio Manager, Bloomberg terminal.

Monitor daily/weekly/monthly checks and assist in development of new checks to manage operational risk.

B.S. or Master’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.

Experience working with the various financial products described previously in a middle/back office capacity.

Act as a liaison between Aquarian Holdings, insurance portfolio companies, and third-party investment managers

3-6 years of prior middle/back office operations, investment reporting, and/or accounting experience

Working knowledge of investment operations & reporting processes best-practices

Experience with loan operations a plus

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral)

2+ years experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting, or corporate finance

Bachelors/Masters Degree in analytical/quantitative field (Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Math, Science, Business)

Experience in SQL, R, Python or Julia is a plus
