Knowledge and Experience with Advanced Formulas in Excel (Required)

High School Diploma and 1+ years experience in a related field or work experience is a must

Building seasonality curves within the A&R system for peak seasons and promotional activities

Executing on replenishment as business rules dictate, synthesizing data sets to analyze a replenishment methodology

Flexibility in work hours and the willingness to support on evenings, weekends and holidays if needed

Notifies management about ordering stock shortages. Escalates any issues to management.

Maintain accurate inventory records, including product details, quantities, and locations.

1+ year of corporate data analysis experience in online analytics (online retail a plus)

1+ year of corporate experience writing SQL queries from scratch

1+ year of professional experience using R or Python in an analytics capacity

Good verbal and written communication skills, ability to convey results to non-experts

Partner with key stakeholders on data analysis problems

Analyze information and make informed recommendations to influence inventory decisions across positioning, replenishment, exhaust, and ordering.

Excellent SQL skills with experience using statistical programming languages (Python, R, etc.) to manipulate data and draw insights from large datasets

Direct experience with experimentation design and A/B test measurement highly desirable

Experience creating executive-level dashboards using visualization tools like Looker (highly desired), Tableau, or PowerBI

Develop dashboards and reporting that empower self-service, data-driven decision making

Work with our technology partners and data engineers to ensure high-quality, usable data are captured to support reliable business analytics

Build scalable methodology and tools to accelerate development of our data and analytics practice

Excellent writing and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management.

Experience in Procurement (Supply Operations), Inventory Planning or heavy data dependent Supply Chain Management roles.

Support Executive and Field ad-hoc Supply Chain / Inventory Management data analysis.

Experience in leading cross functional projects.

Portal experience with TPNA/APS, NDW, DB2

Completed TPS, TBP, JKK and Toyota Way Training and have practical application experience.

Keep the manager informed of the status of all projects. Repeated follow-up.

Efficient knowledge of Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Suite

Retail math and analytical skills

Realistic expectation of customer’s capabilities including weaknesses

Organize, review, process, document, and track all customer purchase orders.

Degree or equivalent and typically requires 2+ years of relevant experience.

Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work with all levels of the organization and external partners.

Publish weekly reporting regarding excess/or at-risk inventory activities.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Formulas, Pivots, VLOOKUPS).

Demonstrates advanced analytical skills and statistical knowledge. Is able to tailor reporting depending on audience to provide conclusions and recommendations.

2-3 years of relevant work experience.

Experience in a Demand Planning/Forecasting role is a plus.

Has strong interpersonal skills and business image/polish. Is able to interact effectively and professionally at higher levels within the organization.

Demonstrates an understanding of Corporate Policies and how they apply to day to day responsibilities.
