Experience with data BI tools. (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, etc.)

Enforces Motion's inventory policies and procedures in daily communication with field leadership.

Understands data governance and control distribution of company inventory data points.

Assist the Tesla field teams with inquiries through our internal case management system

Strong quantitative critical thinking skills with advanced knowledge of Excel and retail math concepts

Work cross-functionally with teams throughout the organization (i.e., Business planning, Finance, Delivery, Logistics, Demand Planning, Production) to drive fleet initiatives

Take on additional responsibilities as necessary when new business needs arise

Minimum 3 years related work in accounting, retail planning, finance, or another decision-driving analytical role

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
