As an Inventory Analyst with Gallo Glass, you will research and provide business-related analyses to assess the impact of daily operations, various projects, systems transactions, and communication of operation changes.
What you will do:
Analyzes production schedules, customer orders and shipping and receiving records to ensure product inventory meets customer demand.
Analyzes shipping demand, trends, and forecasts; adjusts inventory and shipping plans accordingly.
Compiles data from order, shipping and receiving records.
Communicates shipping schedule, priorities, and changes as they occur.
Updates computerized inventory records.
Reconciles discrepancies in inventory records.
Develops queries; generates and distributes reports.
What you need:
Bachelor's degree OR High School diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 4 years of inventory control or supply chain experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
Computer skill requirements include intermediate MS Word and Excel; basic PowerPoint.
Strong problem-solving ability.
Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities.
Skilled in performing work in accordance with established procedures that are more complex and varied in nature, requiring some evaluation, originality and ingenuity.
Required to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
What will set you apart:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration plus 5 years of inventory control, supply chain, planning/scheduling, logistics or finance experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
Glass industry experience
Experience managing vendor relationships.
Experience presenting information and responding to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.
Knowledge of the fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures of this field of specialization.
Experience creating and understanding shipping schedules.
Compensation :
Hiring Set Rate listed as $25.97 - $38.95.
Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
