Inventory Data Analyst

Position Type: Full Time

Salary Range: 50-60K

Job Department: Cosmetics, Beauty, Bath & Body, and Skincare Products


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Inventory Analyst Assistant will be responsible for reconciling the day-to-day inventory levels for the Cosmetics, Beauty, Bath & Body, and Skincare Department.

  • Implement efficient product-tracking strategies.
  • Report accurate available-to-sell inventory levels.
  • Communicate with the import team to prioritize shipments.
  • Check the online platform for shipment status and freight logistics.
  • Organize, review, process, document, and track all customer purchase orders.
  • Perform related duties as assigned.
  • Identify and correct inventory discrepancies.
  • Trouble-shoot challenges with realistic and creative solutions.
  • Keep the manager informed of the status of all projects. Repeated follow-up.
  • Monitor factory shipments.
  • Maintain numerous spreadsheets, including reconciliation of inventory sheets.
  • Record data in detailed Excel files, cross-checking information against an inventory system.
  • Communicate with the warehouse to ensure all customer POs ship in full & on time.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree in Operations or related field; or an Associate’s degree with 1 year of production experience; or High School Diploma or GED equivalent and two years of production-related experience
