The salary range for this position is between $75,000 and $100,000, based on experience and qualifications.

Experience in coordination and/or management/administration in an educational, non-profit and/or human services setting.

Organizational skills; solid knowledge of Microsoft applications.

Three years of experience in one or more major student/family support areas, mental health, family support or leadership development

Qualify new and existing customers with Digital Commerce system integration requests, which includes requirement gathering

Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Lead integration projects and end-to-end customer engagements including planning, prioritization, and execution

Lead partner integration and onboarding efforts with internal teams and customers

Support the change management and release process for integrations to efficiently roll out new features to systems.

Experience working with/owning system integrations, API/Endpoint development, and ETL solutioning

Hands-on experience with Workato Integration Platform

Knowledge of best practices in integration standards and approaches

Implement, maintain, and grow the integration landscape.

Associates Degree in Engineering or Construction Management and 2 years related project management skills and experience. STERIS field experience preferred.

Computer skills – experience with Microsoft applications, project management tools, internet, intranet, and business reporting tools.

In lieu of degree 6 years’ experience in construction project management.

Prior experience of direct people management experience in a virtual setting is preferred.

Strong project management skills and a track record of on-time delivery.

Maintains allocation of costs to financial reporting systems. Effectively communicates financial and physical project status to management.

Three years of experience in mechanical and electromechanical assembly

Experience in prototyping designs, and developing and executing test procedures

Disciplined and organized with the proven ability to manage multiple projects and/or deadlines

Perform dry-fit of mechanical parts or kiosk assemblies, and document results per established dry-fit procedure

Perform functional integration of devices, and document results

Identify, document, and drive corrective actions for issues found in integration

Ability to work across organizations to drive operational excellence in WIP management

Basic understanding and experience using operation-related manufacturing execution systems (MESs) for creating/manipulating process routes and data collection

Hands-on experience running lots in an advanced semiconductor fab environment

2 years’ experience working with standard communication protocols (client-server, server-to-server) – IP, HTTP, etc.

Working knowledge of web-based programming languages & data formatting: Python, Java SE, PHP, JSON, RESTful APIs, HTML, CSS, SQL

Problem solver with strong analytical skills.

Perform system configuration, mapping, testing and management for EDI/Integration-based transactions and processes.

Monitor the health of EDI/Integrations systems and take the necessary corrective actions and report incidents to management.

Work with various functional and IT staff to apply established change management procedures for Information Technology projects to control scope.

Design, develop, manage and maintain translation maps, application programs, batch scripts and integration points.

Research, recommend, implement, maintain and manage options for the enhancement and sustainability of core Integration systems.

Document project tasks for scope boundaries, high-level requirements, and other aspects as needed.

Ability to use digital asset management (DAM)
