As an NTI Process Integration Technician in Fab 4, you will work with NTI (NAND) Process Integration Engineering, Manufacturing and Process Engineering and Operations Teams to assist in data collection and analysis in support of priority projects essential to product development success. You will help with identifying and filling gaps for data collection on new processes and flows, assisting with All Hands on Deck (AHoD) efforts, helping troubleshoot process issues that arise, and assisting with SWR support and experiment coordination for PI engineering. You will continuously learn new skills that enable you and the team to enable further engineering support opportunities.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities

As a Process Integration Technician in Fab 4, you will work with NTI (NAND) Process Integration Engineering, Manufacturing and Process Engineering and Operations Teams to assist in data collection and analysis in support of priority projects essential to product development success.

Work on engineering projects with PI Module owners as mentors (ex: long term Module projects, task force, AHOD, Line Health, Part type support) – this can include data collection, extraction, analysis, summarizing and reporting
  • - SWRs, experiment setup and disposition, tactical issues quick resolution, and meeting preparation
  • Engagement and successful contribution to the above activities should be clearly demonstrated through the generation of GCPs, SWRs, reports or presentations
  • Help with cycle time management addressing future holds, holds, high MTAS, and QDRs with regular follow up and potential projects with operations teams to improve line efficiency
  • Assist with Engineering Tasks as requested by PI Module owners – which can include SWR data collection and analysis, volume lot’s data collection and analysis, line holds and other line issues
  • -Non SWR issues that put lots on Hold (LMS, Lot management holds, target relations, rework, DT, GDMs, offload) and is not covered by the INV Techs – assist PI, area and pilot engineering as applicable.
  • Take appropriate classes in a timely manner to be completely familiar with the Process flows– this can initially be learning from PI Module owners on new parts and eventually through formal training classes
  • - This can also involve SWR set up and managing WIP and tasks associated with the projects. This also requires good knowledge of tools like Yield Cube, Excel, JUMP, RDA (Klarity) and Metrology analysis as required by the projects

Minimum Qualifications

  • Candidates that meet Micron Manufacturing Technician Guidelines (MT) will also be considered.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate degree or current technician or applicable experience
  • Knowledge Micron Central including Material Tracking, SWR, and QDR, including high risk functions
  • Flexibility in work schedule
  • Strong team player with ability to accept responsibility for projects and follow them through to completion
  • Knowledge of the Fab process areas
  • Ability to prioritize and work independently
  • Software knowledge including Excel, OneNote, Outlook/Teams and other Office programs
  • Strong communication skills including oral, written, listening, and presentation skills

Education

  • A.A.S. in Electronics Engineering Technology or related field
