Proven experience in Brand Strategy, Design Strategy, Innovation & Product Development.

You have 5-7 years of experience and proven success in rapidly developing and executing experiential product offerings

Through the innovation process, establish and test business cases for new formats, products and services in partnership with finance and marketing

Attend and work concerts in partnership with regional and local communities to design and execute local, authentic and unique experiences

Previous experience in producing live music events, customer service or hospitality is a big plus
