Innovation Manager Jobs in Connecticut

Proven experience in project management, preferably in innovation-driven environments.

Familiarity with engineering tools and software used in product development (e.g., CAD, simulation tools, project management software).

Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities concurrently

Lead and manage innovation tool projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.

Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and resource requirements.

Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders to ensure project goals are understood and met.

Manage Speed team efforts, involving regional BU innovation leaders, whenever acceleration would be needed

Direct experience in new product development.

Experience working across departments with demonstrated success planning and accomplishing goals.

Highly skilled at providing cross-functional team leadership, fully capable of accomplishing tasks independently.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, effectively manage time and respond to changing priorities in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Solid financial understanding, analytical skills and ability to make data driven decisions.
