Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Engineering, Management, Business Administration or equivalent

Knowledge of customer specific requirements

Lead, develop, and mentor the Plant Managers and the Regional Managers of, IE & QM

Minimum 15 years’ experience in Industrial Operations of which 10+ years automotive industry

Experience in automotive Quality Systems and Health & Safety

Experienced in implementing robust project control tolls (EHS KPI; documents, cost, schedule, risks management) for industrial projects

Prepare a comprehensive project management plan, including risk analysis and master schedule showing key milestones and critical paths.

Experience in large projects for example big revamping projects (>500 workers) within operating plants with coordination responsibilities

Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency to define supervise lead and coordinate procurement, engineering and construction activities for major capital project (>40m€)

Skills to scrutinize solutions and propose optimized answers using technical-cost approaches.

Delivers the project in scope, budget, and quality with a strong focus on Safety

Strong organization, project-management, and personnel-management skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent combination of experience and education.

Must have experience in Specialty Cleaning / Industrial Cleaning

Directs business to achieve high performance as measured by the company scorecard, participating in strategic planning meetings when necessary

Responsible for the preparation and management of the Facilities Engineering Operating Budget for Roanoke.

Independently works on projects or process improvements when tasked by upper management.

Relationship Management: Builds, develops, and maintains strong, collaborative internal and external relationships.

Manages the Powered Industrial Truck program. Monitors and optimizes leases for all PIT.

10 years’ experience in Industrial or Facilities Engineering required. Preferably in a high-volume distribution operation in the consumer goods industry.

Previous experience managing hourly employees and engineers is required.

Partner with Engineering, HR, Finance, Supply Chain, and Project Management

Implement Quality Management procedures and programs

Lead Change Management and Continuous Improvement Programs

Proven ability to Implement Change Management and Quality Process Improvement

Manage Quality teams and programs for the manufacturing facility

ASME / ISO Standards Experience

Collaborate and partner cross-functionally with Experience Design, Corporate Design, Program Management, and Customer Research teams to steward excellent outcome delivery.

Senior Designer level experience in a consumer product industry, transportation sector or supplier, design consultancy, or similar field

8+ years of Industrial Design or related studio work experience

5+ years of experience leading highly collaborative teams in a human-centered design environment

Established team leadership experience with responsibility for multiple direct reports

Experience working closely with engineering teams on product design and digital service delivery in an operational business environment

Quantitative analysis ability, attention to detail, time management skills, and organizational skills.

Individual’s experience should exhibit increasing leadership responsibility involving strategy development and deployment, business development leadership and strong team-based selling skills.

Ten (10) years of related experience is required; Five (5) or more years of related experience is preferred.

Required experience must include demonstrated customer-facing experience at the strategic level, understanding of the EMS industry and experience developing cost models.

Expertise in EMS and the specific market sector, including technical, technological and business concepts (including finance and cost models).
