Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in diversity and inclusion, human resources, or a related field
• Experience in developing and implementing strategies to attract, retain, and promote a diverse workforce
• Experience in developing and delivering training and educational programs
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
