The Opportunity
As a Strategy Implementation Analyst, you will provide operational support for the US and Canadian individual insurance behavioral insurance programs, in particular, the Manulife Vitality program.
Responsibilities
  • Development of a communications calendar.
  • Processes: Understanding how each tactical item supports and enables delivery.
  • Reporting: Auditing team reports and identifying opportunities for efficiency.
  • Collaboration with Vitality to stand up consistent data reporting schedules.
  • Communications: Ensuring all parties are informed; designing and developing communications for various stakeholder groups.
  • Communicating with stakeholders at various levels to ensure understanding.
  • Incorporation and representation of all activities into monthly leadership updates to ensure visibility into all aspects of BI work, from idea to implementation.
  • Researches and analyzes current state of processes, communications and reporting and makes recommendations for aligning and creating efficiency in future state.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with team and key stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of tactical items necessary for program success.
  • Efficiently and effectively learn about current Vitality program operations and demonstrates understanding of how operational items align and enable US and IIC goals.

This team member will report to the Director of Behavioral Insurance Strategic Planning & Initiatives and collaborate with both the US and Canadian individual insurance teams by delivering tactical support across a variety of initiatives. This role will serve as a key player in ensuring success of our behavioral insurance program.

  • Ability to build effective business relationships.
  • Comfortability with program testing support.
  • Highly organized individual with the ability to complete monthly program reports, schedule training sessions, prepare documentation, etc.
  • Excellent communication abilities, both oral and written, to work in collaboration with multiple stakeholders and senior leaders.
  • Proficiency with all MS Office applications
  • Exceptional time management skills involving the prioritization of several high-level tasks.

Salary & Benefits
The annual base salary for this role is listed below.
Primary Location
USA, Massachusetts - Full Time Remote
Salary range is expected to be between
$49,275.00 USD - $82,125.00 USD

The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training. Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance.
